Managing Director C.G. Pettersson arrived in London on April 1987 and after more than 20 years he can look in the mirror and reflect on completing a £100 million Four Millbank project and other £100 million investments for Swedish Investors up to 1993.

Thereafter focused on building Redab Properties Plc from a £1,000 company early in 1994 to a company worth more than £8 million in Net Asset Value by end of December 2007.

The company's Net Asset Value has increased from £50,100 as at 1st January 1996, to £8,188,087 as at 31st December 2007.
