This is a joint venture project, together with Sätila Holdings AB started April 2007. The commercial parts, at street level currently have one tenant running a restaurant in No. 663. The free empty units have been under offer since 26th June 2007 to a national trader. The nine residential units above will be analyzed and the Swedish Architect, Sandell Sandberg, will draw up a more auspicious scheme with a target to reach approximately 15 residential units in total, which will be for letting. The Commercial Road Project is right in the heart of all Olympic activities in 2012 (see right)
