Our second joint venture project with Sätila Holding AB. For the overall development, architects will be interviewed and appointed before the end of August 2007. The target is to develop planning application in 6 months thereafter; planning consent should be achieved in Summer 2008. Subject to feedback from the serviced office operation over the year, an analysis and a decision will be made to develop the freehold or to continue with the serviced office operation.
