For the overall development, architects will be interviewed and appointed before the end of August 2007.  The target is to develop planning application in 6 months thereafter; planning consent should be achieved in Summer 2008. Subject to feedback from the serviced office operation over the year, an analysis and a decision will be made to develop the freehold or to continue with the serviced office operation.
